Wayne & Sandy are focused on church planting and evangelism in the second largest city of Mexico with approx. 7 million people. This city has the smallest percentage of evangelical Christians. Sandy teaches 1st grade at Lincoln Christian School, a non-denominational school, where most of the classes are taught in English even though most students do not speak English as their first language. Wayne helps start churches mainly in homes of new Christian families and trains the leaders by promoting the leadership training of the Bible League in the evangelist and pastor level. These new believers do evangelism every day as they work 7am-7pm jobs with the goal to form new house groups. Wayne is working with 20 evangelists who are starting churches where “seekers” are in attendance at most services. |
