Roger is director of The Well, a Christian Member Care Center that promotes the well-being and effectiveness of Christian workers. Roger is involved in counseling, spiritual care, relationship enrichment, leadership coaching and crisis management among Christians serving in all areas of Asia. He has also led seminars and training sessions in several Asian countries. Jan is using her nursing background to do labor and delivery support and teaching including giving birthing directions over the phone when a couple did not make it to the hospital. She also coordinates the Health Network that is run through The Well. |
