Through strategic influence on campuses nationwide, Dave’s vision is to see students transformed, campuses renewed, and world changers developed. This is happening! Dave tries to discover where God is doing new work on campus and to respond by joining that work. God has led us to planting among the fine and performing arts communities on campuses. Dave believes God will use these creative communicators to express the Gospel in the heart language of our culture. Dave also provides national-level training and strategic leadership to Inter Varsity’s 1,500 staff and thousands of students. At present, the biggest threat to the goals is insufficient funding; pray God connects Dave to new resources to make this vision a reality. Dave’s passion is to move Christ’s witness out of the “Christian bubble” and into relevant, transformative interaction with the surrounding world.
