Wycliffe Bible Translators
Chuck is currently the Vice-President for Recruitment Ministries for Wycliffe Bible Translators, USA. This includes heading up a team of 133 recruitment staff spread throughout the USA who meet people, answer questions and steer people to become members of Wycliffe. Wycliffe’s goal is to reach the remaining 2,251 Bible-less people groups in the world, representing over 200 million people. Barb works as a short term trip coordinator, helping plan, organize and occasionally host short term mission trips for high school students to help them see a Bible translation project in progress. They have recruited over 950 new Wycliffe members in the past four years who now serve in Bible translation projects, as accountants, construction workers, IT workers, managers, pilots, teachers and other support staff. |
